POD18D Resident Input

The Board of Trustees began the Public Hearing on POD18D on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 with a continuance date of March 15, 2021 at 7:00 PM. During the February 16 hearing, the Trustees heard many concerns and suggestions for improvement from residents. Public input is crucial in this process and the Board wants residents to have the opportunity to have their input on the text and maps of this development plan to be heard.

Please use the POD18D Resident Input form to provide your input. We ask that your input is constructive and relative to the text and/or the map of Planned Overlay District 18D. This is not the forum for complaints or criticism of the Board, the Zoning process or the developer - this is the way to have your constructive ideas considered.
